(*Non-refundable but transferable to a future litter)

Join the Waitlist
Be notified when litters arrive and choose from kittens remaining after Aurora Reserve families select.

Each kitten will be matched based on personality, color/pattern preferences, and your home environment. We’re here to help guide you to the perfect fit! Aurora Reserve members receive early updates and first-choice selection, giving the best opportunity to find the perfect match.

Aurora Reserve Priority Program

To secure priority pick for upcoming litters, we require a $500 Aurora Reserve deposit.

This deposit:
• Guarantees your place in line
• Applies toward your kitten’s total adoption fee
• Is non-refundable but transferable to a future litter

Final payment is due by 10 weeks of age or before delivery arrangements are made.

If you prefer not to reserve early, you may join our waitlist at no cost and choose from kittens after Aurora Reserve families.

What Happens After You Join the Aurora Reserve or Waitlist?

We want to make the process of bringing home your new Ragdoll kitten as smooth and transparent as possible. Here’s a breakdown of the steps you’ll experience after you join the Aurora Reserve or waitlist.

1. Join the Aurora Reserve (or Waitlist)

Once you’ve joined the Aurora Reserve or waitlist, you’ll begin receiving updates on upcoming litters and kitten availability.

Timeline of communication:

– Litter Notification:
When a new litter is born, Aurora Reserve families are notified first, followed by waitlist families. We’ll share expected colors, patterns, and personalities.

– Pick Order:
Aurora Reserve members choose first, in the order deposits were received.
After Reserve selections are complete, waitlist families choose based on the order their deposit is received (if they choose to move forward).

2. Pay Your Deposit (if on waitlist & you decide to reserve)

If you joined the waitlist first and then decide to place your deposit to secure your spot, here’s what happens next:

– Deposit Confirmation:
Once we receive your $500 reservation deposit, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your reservation details.

– Pick Order Notification:
If kittens are available, we will share where you fall in the pick order so you know when your selection time will come.

💡 Most families choose to join the Aurora Reserve right away so they have first choice from upcoming litters.

3. Kitten Selection & Updates

As kittens grow, we’ll provide regular updates on each kitten’s progress, including photos, videos, and notes about personalities to help you get to know them.

– Kitten Selection:
Around 6–8 weeks of age, kittens are ready to be chosen. Selection happens in this order:

1️⃣ Aurora Reserve families
2️⃣ Waitlist families (who place their deposit at that time)
3️⃣ Public announcement if any kittens remain

We will schedule a call or video chat to answer questions and help you choose the best fit for your family.

– Regular Communication:
Throughout this time, we stay in touch to support you and help you prepare for your kitten’s transition home.

4. Final Payment & Health Check

Before your kitten goes home, they receive a thorough veterinary exam to ensure they are healthy, confident, and ready to join their new family.

– Final Payment:
The remaining balance is due by 10 weeks of age or before delivery arrangements are made. You’ll receive an invoice with full details.

– Health Records:
Your kitten will go home with vaccination and vet records, and all necessary paperwork for a healthy start.

5. Bringing Your Kitten Home

Once your kitten is ready:

– Delivery or Pickup:
We’ll coordinate a pickup time or arrange a flight nanny if needed. Delivery fees will be settled at this time.

– Ongoing Support:
Our relationship doesn’t end at pickup. We’re here for you with lifetime support — from first transitioning home to long-term care questions. You’re part of the Aurora family now. 🤍
